Tips for Parents and Teachers

Daily short practice sessions (5–10 minutes) are significantly more effective than longer infrequent sessions for building math fluency. The daily challenge format is designed around this principle — a consistent daily habit of mental math practice produces measurable improvement in speed, accuracy, and confidence within a few weeks.

For classroom use, the daily challenge is an excellent warm-up activity. Because all students get the same questions on the same day, it naturally creates discussion opportunities when reviewing answers and explanations.
